I write about wellness, specifically meditation, mindfulness, Ayurveda-inspired living, emotional wellness, energy work, self-care, spa and wellness products, and the mind-body connection. My focus is always on clarity, credibility, and practical takeaways.
What kind of wellness approach do you follow?
I don’t believe in “fluff.” My words are honest, straightforward, and reflective of decades of research and personal experience. I believe wellness works best when it’s practical, personalized, and pressure-free. My approach blends ancient wisdom (like meditation and Ayurveda-inspired living) with modern life.
What makes your site different?
This isn’t a typical wellness site. I explore wellness from fresh angles—sometimes where others won’t—using thoughtful, science-backed research combined with real-world experience. Nothing overly woo-woo, always grounded and practical.
Is this site for beginners or experienced wellness seekers?
Both! If you’re just starting out, you’ll find simple, approachable guidance. If you’re already deep into wellness, you’ll find fresh perspectives, thoughtful insights, and ways to refine what you already practice.
Do I need to meditate or be “spiritual” to benefit from your work?
Not at all. While I do write about meditation, spirituality, & energy work, everything I share is grounded & accessible. You don’t need to follow a specific belief system—just curiosity & an openness to feeling better.
Do you offer medical or nutritional advice?
No. My content is informational, thought-provoking, and often fun, but it’s not medical advice. I always encourage readers to consult qualified health-care professionals for personal medical or nutritional concerns.

What is Ayurveda, and do I need to follow it strictly?
Ayurveda is an ancient system of wellness that focuses on balance and self-awareness. It is based on your particular dosha, or body/mind constitution. I share Ayurveda-inspired ideas in a flexible, modern way. No strict rules or complicated routines are required.
